An exciting opportunity for an experienced HSQE Supervisor to join a leading renewable energy contractor. The successful candidate will ensure company-wide compliance with health, safety, quality, and environmental standards across multiple nationwide renewable energy projects, including heating, insulation, and solar PV installations.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and enforce HSQE compliance across all live projects.
  • Conduct regular site audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
  • Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
  • Support ongoing accreditation processes (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, MCS, PAS 2030).
  • Deliver toolbox talks and health & safety training.
  • Maintain comprehensive records on audits, incidents, and workforce training.
  • Liaise with site teams and subcontractors to ensure safe, high-quality delivery.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement in safety and quality.
  • Stay up to date with UK HSE legislation and industry trends.
  • Skills & Qualifications:

  • NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent (essential).
  • Proven HSQE experience in construction or renewables.
  • Strong knowledge of CDM Regulations and relevant environmental laws.
  • Experience with ISO management systems and audits.
  • Strong communication, training, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple sites independently.
  • Full UK driving licence (essential).
  • Desirable:

  • MCS/PAS 2030 experience.
  • IEMA or environmental awareness certification.
  • Experience with ECO4 or domestic retrofit schemes.
