Overview

Location: Covering Central Scotland working from either Glasgow or Livingston office

As an HSQE Business Partner, you will be at the forefront of our commitment to safety and quality, driving initiatives to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and promoting a culture of continuous improvement. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, lead impactful projects, and contribute to the success of our operations across the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice and support on HSQE matters.
  • Conduct audits, inspections, and reviews to assess compliance.
  • Lead incident investigations and corrective action planning
  • Develop and implement HSQE policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Collaborate on HSQE training programs and initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyse HSQE performance metrics.
  • Stay abreast of legislation and industry developments.
  • Support sustainability initiatives and corporate responsibility.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Professional certification in health and safety (e.g., NEBOSH Diploma).
  • Chartered member of IOSH or working towards.
  • Proven experience in HSQE management in the construction industry,
  • Strong knowledge of UK HSQE legislation and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in audits, investigations, and risk assessments.
