Job summary

Aureos is seeking a HSQE Advisor to join our team in Muir of Ord. The role focuses on providing health, safety, quality and environmental guidance, inspecting staff, and promoting a strong HSQE culture on site.

You will assist with CDM documentation, risk assessments, and the closure of NCRs/OFIs while supporting sustainable practices and stakeholder engagement. Experience in infrastructure projects is preferred.

Qualifications

  • NEBOSH qualification required.
  • Full driving licence.
  • Desirable CSCS, EUSR, and PTS on-site access.
  • Site inspections and risk assessment experience.
  • Understanding of CDM and safety management standards.
  • Ability to work weekends or overtime when required.
  • Proficient IT skills including Microsoft 365 and HSQE software.

Responsibilities

  • Provide health, safety, quality and site environmental advice on site.
  • Inspect site staff and management for compliance with standards.
  • Develop and promote a positive HSQE culture across the project.
  • Lead Level 1 investigations and promote NCR/OFI closures.

Ensuring inspections and guidance for the site staff and management team is carried out. Providing challenge where required and not walking by. Promotion of safe equipment, standards and method of working.
