Job Purpose

To provide functional expertise to HSO’s Dynamics 365 customers both nationally and internationally. Reporting to the Head of Functional Services.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Someone with experience in the Manufacturing Module and its implementation.
  2. Collaborate with a team of developers and consultants to deliver client engagements.
  3. Project and Delivery Management.
  4. Ensure team utilization to meet HSO's standards.
  5. Work on D365 projects, collaborating with teams located globally.
  6. Perform hands-on technical tasks and act as a subject matter expert.
  7. Work closely with leadership and contribute towards practice development initiatives.
  8. Supply Chain Management.
  9. Good knowledge in Logistics and Quality order process.
  10. Core knowledge of Product Information Management.
  11. Good knowledge of Inventory management and transactions.
  12. Good Knowledge of Warehouse Management (excluding advanced warehouse management).
  13. Knowledge of Advanced Warehouse Management is good to have but not mandatory.
  14. Transportation management (Shipments Inbound / Outbound).
  15. Must have Procurement and Sourcing (mandatory) (Procure to Pay).
  16. Intercompany trade – Must have Sales and Marketing (Order to cash cycle).
  17. Data Management (Import & export).
  18. Data migration, data management – Must have.
  19. Should be able to understand complex customizations.
  20. Ability to understand customer requirements and convert them to workable solutions.
  21. Experience working in core logistical and manufacturing business processes such as Procurement, Sales, Distribution, and Warehouse Management.
  22. Product Information Management, Inventory management including Inventory Transactions.
