Job summary

VolkerWessels UK, via VolkerHighways, is seeking an HSEQS Coordinator to support the HSEQ & Sustainability function. You will collect, manage and report data across contracts, ensuring data integrity and timely insights to drive improvements.

The role includes office-based work with occasional site visits across the South East & South West. Applicants should have GCSE English and Maths, strong attention to detail, good IT skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

GCSE English and Maths are the minimum educational requirements.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify discrepancies in data.
Good IT skills and ability to manipulate data in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

Collate, validate and input HSEQS and Sustainability data across contracts.
Support timely provision of data in line with reporting deadlines.
Identify opportunities to improve data collection processes and reporting efficiencies.
Maintain and update information across key business systems.
Provide administrative support to the HSEQ & Sustainability team.
Assist contract teams with system queries and data management requirements.
Produce reports, analyse trends and highlight issues or anomalies in data.
Undertake ad hoc duties to support departmental objectives.
