HW Martin Fencing and Forestry Ltd is seeking an experienced HSEQ Manager to lead health, safety, quality and environmental compliance across our national operations. You will advise the Director on regulatory changes, support tendering with HSEQ inputs, and drive audits and continuous improvement across fencing and forestry activities.

You will foster a strong safety culture, oversee risk assessments, training delivery, and ensure adherence to ISO and RISQS standards while coordinating with

Competenze

• Experience in HSEQ/compliance roles with 3+ years
• Knowledge of RISQS audits, PC Licence, ISO 9001/14001/45001
• Ability to advise on safety legislation and industry standards
• Experience across high-risk construction environments

Mansioni

• Meet with clients and regulatory bodies to discuss safety.
• Assist tendering with health, safety, and environmental inputs.
• Advise on safety, quality and environmental issues to directors.
• Monitor and improve health, safety, quality and environmental performance.
• Lead audits: RISQS, PC Licence and management systems audits.
