TMO Highways is offering a Health & Safety & HR Administration Apprentice role based in East Anglia. You will gain hands-on experience across HSEQ, recruitment and HR administration within a busy, safety‑conscious team.

The role combines on‑the‑job training with West Suffolk College, studying Level 3 Business Administrator. No college attendance is required outside of scheduled training, and apprenticeships support long‑term career development.

Formación

• GCSE English and Maths at grade 4/C or above.
• Interest in Health, Safety and HR administration.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain health & safety records, registers and filing.
• Assist with training records, licences and competency matrices.
• Support document production and ensure revision status.
• Assist audits, inspections, and corrective actions.
• Update compliance data in company systems.
• Support accreditation and supplier compliance records.
• Coordinate recruitment and onboarding activities.
