Director of HSEQ Facilities Management

Join Apleona as our Director of Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ), where youll lead the strategic development and continuous improvement of HSEQ across our UK operations. This high-impact leadership role ensures legal compliance, risk mitigation, and the delivery of best-in-class safety, quality, and environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of HSEQ strategy, policy, and culture.
• Provide expert advice to senior stakeholders across the business.
• Manage HSEQ teams and ensure robust auditing and compliance processes.
• Oversee incident investigations, regulatory compliance, and client liaison.
• Deliver effective training, reporting, and continual improvement initiatives.
  
  

What Were Looking For

• Chartered IOSH Member with NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent).
• Proven senior HSEQ leadership in complex, multi-site organisations.
• Strong knowledge of UK HSEQ legislation and compliance auditing.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills.
• Experience managing risk across FM sectors (retail, corporate, public).
