Overview of the Role

• HSEQ Officer
• Holidays: 30 days, with 1 additional day per year of service, up to 5 days; holiday buy-back scheme available for an additional 5 days.

• Manage and maintain HSEQ standards and accreditations through audits and compliance.
• Develop, implement, and monitor procedures within the Quality Management System.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on HSEQ matters.
• Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits.
• Ensure legal compliance and promote a safety-first culture.
• Prepare reports, incident records, and safety statistics.
• Stay updated with legislation and industry best practices.
• Lead in-house training on QHSE topics.
• Manage hazardous substances and emergency procedures.
• Possess NEBOSH General or equivalent qualification.
• Proficient in MS Office and risk assessment tools.
• Full UK driving license and willingness to travel.
