Circet UK is hiring a HSEQ Advisor for our Home Installations team to support various projects and meet the requirements of the Safety, Quality, and Environment Management systems.

Circet Home requires an experienced HSEQT Advisor to oversee, monitor, and evaluate HSEQT performance across the UK, working with senior management as appropriate.

The role involves ensuring compliance with HSEQT statutory duties, reporting on management system performance, and fostering a positive HSEQ culture.

Key responsibilities include:

• Ensuring compliance with HSEQT statutory duties.
• Reporting on management system performance and areas for improvement.
• Promoting awareness of customer requirements throughout the organization.
• Supporting the delivery of the HSEQT strategy and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Providing assurance through monitoring and intervention.
• Supporting the development of the company culture during expansion.
• Overseeing HSEQT performance across regions and worksites.
• Ensuring legal compliance at all worksites.
• Developing and reviewing HSEQT targets, objectives, and KPIs.
• Monitoring and reviewing all employee and subcontractor works.
• Maintaining incident records and conducting investigations to prevent reoccurrence.
• Driving continuous improvement and best practices.

Skills & Experience required:

• Degree qualified or equivalent (preferred).
• Extensive experience in civil engineering or telecommunications environments.
• Effective communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Passion for Health, Safety, Environment & Quality.
• Travel to sites across the UK required.
