Position: HSEQ Advisor

As an HSEQ Advisor, you will be part of a central HSEQ Team responsible for one of our regional contracts, reporting to the Senior HSEQ Advisor.

Your responsibilities include promoting compliance across the business, escalating issues, ensuring employees are aware of raised issues, and promoting document control and system compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain safety and compliance standards, addressing issues promptly
  • Conduct verification inspections and follow up on findings/non-conformances
  • Support accident and incident investigations, promoting quality reporting and closure
  • Report unsafe acts/conditions and encourage positive interventions
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on achievements and issues
  • Coordinate the closure of corrective actions with the Compliance Department and external auditors
  • Compile accident/incident statistics and participate in client meetings
  • Collaborate with the operational team to strengthen relationships and improve processes
  • Promote safe behaviors on-site and in the office
  • Support training and competency requirements, ensuring high standards of training compliance
  • Assist the Quality Assurance Lead with accreditations and standards such as ISO45001, ISO9001, ISO14001
  • Support the business in achieving contract milestones and strategic plans
  • Continuously develop knowledge about the company's products and services
Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise
  • Experience in Utilities or Construction sectors (desirable)
  • Full UK Driving License
