Due to a growing portfolio of work, we are seeking an experienced Safety Coach – HSEQ Advisor to join our team. This role is based across Scotland and the Islands, with regular business travel and overnight stays required.
- Deliver engaging safety workshops and training sessions using multimedia resources and interactive activities.
- Address workforce safety concerns with practical, actionable solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest safety trends and best practices.
- Conduct regional outreach, maintaining accurate records for reporting and assessment.
- Perform day-to-day HSEQ activities, including inspections, audits, and investigations.
- Evaluate and improve safety programs continuously.
- Intervene and guide on safety behaviors and conditions when necessary.
- NEBOSH Certificate in Occupational Health & Safety (or higher).
- Proven experience in safety coaching or education.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols, risk assessment, and regulations.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Proficient in multimedia tools for engaging presentations.
- Valid UK driver's license.
