Due to a growing portfolio of work, we are seeking an experienced Safety Coach – HSEQ Advisor to join our team. This role is based across Scotland and the Islands, with regular business travel and overnight stays required.

Responsibilities
  1. Deliver engaging safety workshops and training sessions using multimedia resources and interactive activities.
  2. Address workforce safety concerns with practical, actionable solutions.
  3. Stay updated with the latest safety trends and best practices.
  4. Conduct regional outreach, maintaining accurate records for reporting and assessment.
  5. Perform day-to-day HSEQ activities, including inspections, audits, and investigations.
  6. Evaluate and improve safety programs continuously.
  7. Intervene and guide on safety behaviors and conditions when necessary.
Qualifications
  • NEBOSH Certificate in Occupational Health & Safety (or higher).
  • Proven experience in safety coaching or education.
  • Strong understanding of safety protocols, risk assessment, and regulations.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Proficient in multimedia tools for engaging presentations.
  • Valid UK driver's license.
