Job summary

Mars is seeking a proactive HSE Technician to support health, safety and environmental standards across site operations in Greater London. You will work with leaders and Associates to promote a positive safety culture and ensure compliance with HSE management systems.

You will assist with risk assessments, audits and incident investigations, maintain documentation, and help deliver training to build key safety competencies across our manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Understanding of HSE principles and compliance requirements.
• Strong organisational and communication skills to engage with Associates and leaders.
• Ability to maintain accurate documentation, records and reporting trackers.
• Proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Promote and embed a positive safety culture across site.
• Maintain HSE systems, documentation, compliance records and improvement plans.
• Assist with risk assessments, audits, inspections and incident investigations.
• Evaluate and maintain effectiveness of safety management systems and site procedures, delivering improvements.
• Develop, facilitate or deliver safety training to build competency.
