Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (or higher); college/uni degree preferred in Industrial Safety, Environmental Management, Sustainability, or related field.
• Strong communication skills to engage employees and report observations clearly.
• Experience with HSE systems, tools, or templates is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support HSE plan implementation by applying policies and regulatory requirements.
• Promote HSE culture by identifying hazards and reinforcing safety initiatives.
• Assist in reporting injuries, illnesses, incidents, and hazards with timely escalation.
• Participate in hazard identification, risk assessments, and investigations to identify root causes.
• Conduct and support HSE inspections and audits for compliance and improvements.
• Gather and maintain HSE data for trend analysis and performance monitoring.
• Communicate HSE expectations to employees to build awareness and engagement.
• Support environmental management activities and basic administrative tasks.
