Job summary

Prysmian Cables & Systems Limited in Eastleigh is seeking an experienced HSE Supervisor to drive Health, Safety and Environmental excellence across the site. You will act as a subject matter expert, ensure compliance with HSE standards, promote continuous improvement, and support leaders in building a proactive safety culture.

Key responsibilities include maintaining ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 compliant systems, leading risk assessments, managing incident investigations, and guiding the site HSE

Qualifications

• Strong HSE leadership and auditing capabilities.
• Experience implementing ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 systems.
• Proven track record in risk assessment and incident investigations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve HSE Management Systems aligned with ISO standards.
• Lead risk assessments and implement preventive actions.
• Manage incident reporting, investigations and root cause analysis.
• Influence leadership to embed safety into daily decisions.
• Promote hazard reporting, stop-work authority and proactive culture.
• Represent site in audits and with external authorities.
• Lead, mentor and develop the HSE team with operations.
• Support deployment of group HSE strategy and cross-site projects.
