QEHS Assistant

QEHS Assistant – (Reporting and Administration)

Location: Pirin Court – E16

This role is to assist the Telent Transport Asset Management business in achieving high standards of Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality Assurance, in accordance with UK legislation, directives, operational requirements, and customer standards.

The QEHS Assistant will be mentored by the QEHS Manager to develop knowledge and experience by supporting operations in implementing industry best practices, minimizing injuries, and fostering a robust QEHS culture.

Key Deliverables:

  • Manage QEHS KPI Data and Reporting using Microsoft Power Platform and Office Suite
  • Maintain Planned QEHS Briefings using tools like Page Tiger
  • Collaborate with departments to enhance KPI reporting
  • Participate in internal and external meetings, including taking minutes
  • Develop QEHS knowledge and skills
  • Support areas such as:
  • Contract portfolios
  • KPI gap analysis
  • Incident investigations
  • Campaigns and workshops
  • QEHS documentation production
  • 8D Root Cause Analysis
  • Assist QEHS team as needed

Responsibilities:

  • Administer QEHS KPI Data

  • Support client relationships
  • Ensure compliance with EHS legislation and industry standards
  • Assist operational staff with QEHS
  • Implement QEHS policies and procedures effectively

Qualifications / Skill Requirements:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Power Platform and Office Suite

Desirable but not essential:

  • Knowledge of QEHS systems
  • Experience in Rail, Metro, or Road environments
