We are currently seeking an experienced HSE and Quality Manager to join our team at our Rugby site. In this pivotal role, you will ensure compliance with relevant statutory legislation, drive initiatives that enhance operational effectiveness, and foster a culture of safety and quality within the organization.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Provide expert HSE & Business Continuity Management (BCM) advice, guidance, and support to ensure the site complies with all relevant statutory legislation.
  • Drive business standardization and assist in maintaining adherence to the Health and Safety Management System (HSMS) and other relevant HSE & BCM policies.
  • Offer COMAH advice and guidance to the operational site team, ensuring compliance with relevant statutory requirements.
  • Achieve annual Safety, Health, and Environmental objectives, with progress assessed through our performance management system.
  • Coordinate and assist the management team in taking ownership of all HSE & BCM actions and initiatives at the site.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • Previous experience in Health & Safety and quality management within warehouse and transport environments.
  • A target-focused mindset with a proven ability to deliver standardized programs.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and experience in influencing management.
  • NEBOSH National General Certificate, HACCP certification are desirable but not essential
