Qualifications

• Studying towards a degree in STEM, Business-related or other relevant subject; competence with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, experience of Power BI would be advantageous.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging with people at different levels of an organisation; ability to work collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team while also showing initiative and working independently.

Responsibilities

• Data-Driven Improvement: Evaluates sustainability, environment and safety data, audit results and findings to create risk-based improvement plans that inform strategy and protect people and the environment.
• Collaborates: Building strong partnerships and working cross-functionally to meet shared objectives and foster a culture of teamwork and trust.
• Action Oriented: Taking on new opportunities and tough challenges with urgency, high energy and enthusiasm to drive meaningful results.
• Embraces Technology: Efficient use of Microsoft Office packages, ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies, understanding of PowerBi would be an advantage.
• Health, Safety and Environmental Fundamentals: Champions and models proactive health, safety and environment behaviors byidentifying, reporting and participating in actions to improve health, safety and environment in order tobuild an interdependent culture and contribute to an incident-free workplace
• Health, Safety and Environmental Compliance and Auditing: Evaluates conformance and compliance with established regulations, standards and internal HSE requirements.
