Job description

Seaworthy Consulting is seeking a HSE Officer to join a company with a large fleet of workboat vessels. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated individual who works well under pressure and can provide coaching and training to colleagues on safety matters. Strong HSEQ knowledge and understanding are essential to analyze, develop, and implement policies and procedures effectively.

Minimum Requirements:
  1. At least 2 years of experience within the maritime sector
  2. HSE or comparable certification
  3. Fluent in English, both oral and written
  4. Full clean driver’s license (role requires visiting UK ports)
  5. Right to work in the UK (sponsorship not accepted)
Additional Details:
  • Salary: £35,000-£40,000 per annum
  • Office Locations: Northwest England, Northeast England, and London
  • Annual Leave: 25 days plus 8 public holidays
  • Benefits: Private Medical (spouse and children), 8% pension contribution
  • Full-time, office-based role, working Monday to Friday
