As HSE Manager you’ll take responsibility for the management of HSE across the busy manufacturing site.
As HSE Manager for a busy manufacturing site you’ll report into the General Manager.
This opportunity will suit a Health, Safety and Environment Manager or a SHE Manager who has experience of working in a high-risk food manufacturing environment.
There are two HSE Manager vacancies that are based in Norfolk and in Hampshire.
As a critical Health, Safety and Environment business partner you’ll support, challenge, inspire, and coach the leadership teams and team members to deliver the HSE strategy across the site. The focus will be on the development of a highly effective “Best in Class” Health, Safety and Environment culture, values, behaviours, systems, and processes.
Day-to-day you’ll guide, support, and lead by creating and delivering health and safety strategy and initiatives. You’ll guide and support the company teams in the compliance and monitoring of all HSE standards, policies, procedures, and management systems.
You’ll ensure that Health, Safety and Environment improvement plans are developed, implemented, and monitored in compliance with all the UK legal requirements and the Corporate HSE strategy.
Your expertise, leadership, Health, Safety and Environment Training, guidance, and coaching skills will be key as you enable line managers and team members to understand and effectively utilise the HSE Management systems that will underpin improvement to the companies Health, Safety and Environment performance year on year.
