Seaway7, located in Westhill, Scotland, United Kingdom, is seeking to hire a HSE Manager (Corporate) to join our team either in Zoetermeer, The Netherlands or Aberdeen, UK. This is a full-time staff position.

Responsibilities include:
- Ensuring understanding and integration of Seaway7 Group vision and HSEQ strategies within all project activities.
- Contributing to the development of the HSE strategy and supporting the HSSE Director in monitoring and reporting HSE performance.
- Developing and leading improvement plans, supporting HSE reviews, and project performance reporting.
- Overseeing corporate HSE surveillance programs and resource planning.
- Focusing on environmental and project consent requirements.
- Supporting recruitment to maintain adequate HSE staffing levels.
- Managing the HSE audit program and liaising with quality teams, HSE advisors, and subcontractors for continuous improvement.
- Overseeing emergency response exercises and supporting the HSSE Director in management reviews and continuous improvement actions.
- Reviewing HSE performance of subcontractors and suppliers, supporting assessments, audits, and improvement plans.
- Leading external audits and managing incident and near-miss investigations.
Preferred experience and qualifications:
- Experienced HSE professional with a degree or equivalent experience.
- Chartered Member of IOSH or working towards it.
- Relevant experience in renewables or the wider energy industry.
- Proficient in HSE Risk Management and Management of Change.
- Experience in managing HSE teams is advantageous.
- Strong organizational, negotiation, communication, and report writing skills.
- Experience in incident investigation and root cause analysis.
- Current BOSIET / Offshore Medical / GWO training is advantageous.
Travel requirements:
- International travel and occasional visits to regional onshore and offshore sites, with potential short-term stays.
