Our client is a leading manufacturer dedicated to producing products of exceptional quality. As they expand into the site, they are looking for an HSE Manager to join their close-knit team.

Role & Responsibilities

• Promote a culture of Safety First through effective engagement with colleagues.
• Create a site Safety Deployment plan.
• Monitor the effectiveness of the Group H&S Policy, recommending updates and providing advice to employees.
• Facilitate and manage the ISO14001 Environmental Management System.
• Monitor environmental performance and ensure legal compliance, driving improvements.
• Maintain all safety records.
• Ensure accident investigations are carried out by the appropriate departmental/line managers.
• Conduct safety training and periodic safety inspections and audits.
• Promote HS&E initiatives and a positive safety culture.
• Provide HS&E advice and information upon request.
• Liaise with safety representatives and enforcement authorities as needed.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience
