This role requires a high level of NEBOSH qualification and a strong background in developing health and safety metrics. Reporting to the site Operations Director, the HSE Manager will have full autonomy for all Health, Safety and Environmental performance for a complex and industry leading FMCG Manufacturing facility. With a small team you will lead on driving best in class behavioural and systems-led HSE.
