Are you a H&S Manager with 5–10 years experience or a well established HSE/SHE Manager within the food manufacturing industry?

We are currently working with a well–established, multi–site food manufacturer that are looking for a HSE Manager due to natural progression within the business.

Being part of the SLT, this role will focus around ownership and accountability of site HSE functions. You will be responsible for leadership, training, people development, delivering excellent results, upholding and improving current standards and problem solving.

To be successful in the role you will need to have 5–10+ years experience at management/SLT level. Experience within the food manufacturing industry is a preference, ideally chilled and fast paced environments. You will be a strong communicator and a passion for delivering the best standards.
