Job summary

An automotive component manufacturer is seeking an HSE Manager to oversee environmental health and safety across its business units. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in automotive manufacturing, strong knowledge of ISO14001 and 45001, and excellent multitasking and IT skills. This role includes managing the Health and Safety budget, presenting reports to senior management, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

The Role

Reporting into the HSE Director you will have the following duties:

-Participate in the process of control and responsibility for the Health and Safety budget.
-Prepare and present to the board the Health & Safety at work.
-Participate in the commissioning of newly constructed buildings.
-Work with the plant EHS Coordinators to ensure compliance and the implementation of good manufacturing processes.

The Person

Educated to the equivalent of degree level in a Health & Safety discipline you will have the following experience:

-Extensive experience in the automotive manufacturing industry.
-Excellent knowledge of IS014001 and 45001 with knowledge of IATF16949.
-It's essential you're a multitasker with strong IT Office skills.
