HSE Manager – Night Shift | Construction Site | Liverpool

We are urgently seeking an experienced HSE Manager for night shift work on a major construction site in Liverpool.

Details:

• Location: Liverpool
• Rate: £450 per night (Ltd company only)
• Shifts: Night shift
• Start: ASAP
• Duration: 6 months (with potential for extension)

Responsibilities:

• Manage all Health, Safety & Environmental aspects during night operations on a live construction site
• Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and toolbox talks
• Ensure full compliance with UK HSE regulations and CDM 2015
• Lead incident investigations and support closeout of corrective actions
• Promote a strong, proactive safety culture among subcontractors and site teams

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an HSE Manager on construction projects
• NEBOSH Construction Certificate or Diploma (or equivalent)
• In-depth understanding of UK construction safety legislation
• Strong communication and reporting skills
• Able to work independently during night shifts
• Must operate as a Limited Company and hold appropriate insurances (including public liability and professional indemnity)
