A leading automotive component manufacturer is seeking an HSE Manager to provide health and safety guidance across business units. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in automotive manufacturing and strong knowledge of ISO standards. Location: Commutable from Liverpool, Halewood, Chester, Birkenhead, St Helens, Warrington, Runcorn, Knowsley

The Role

Reporting to the HSE Director, your responsibilities will include:

  1. Participating in the management of the Health and Safety budget.
  2. Preparing and presenting Health & Safety reports to the board.
  3. Participating in the commissioning of new buildings.
  4. Collaborating with plant EHS Coordinators to ensure compliance and implementation of good manufacturing practices.

The Person

Applicants should be educated to degree level or equivalent in a Health & Safety discipline and have:

  1. Extensive experience in the automotive manufacturing industry.
  2. Excellent knowledge of ISO standards, with familiarity with IATF.
  3. Strong multitasking abilities and proficient IT Office skills.
