Job summary

Premier Foods—Ambrosia Creamery site, Lifton, Devon—is seeking a confident Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) leader to own safety, wellbeing and environmental performance on a complex manufacturing site. This highly visible role sits on the Site Leadership Team, with autonomy to shape strategy, drive cultural change and leave a lasting legacy.

You will set the HSE strategy, lead behavioural change, ensure full UK regulatory compliance and audits, and coach the SHE team to deliver continuous

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a senior HSE role within a regulated environment.
• Strong knowledge of UK health, safety and environmental legislation.
• Experience leading audits (ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 preferred).
• Ability to influence behaviour and build strong relationships at a site level.
• Excellent communication, organizational and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Set and deliver the site HSE strategy in line with Group, sector and regulatory requirements.

About you
