HSE Manager - UK – Hybrid (Home + Travel to Sites)

Overview

Permanent HSE, Quality & Compliance recruitment for UK renewable and grid infrastructure. We’re looking for an experienced Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Manager to lead safety strategy and culture across multiple UK projects. This role is hybrid with national travel, for a global leader in industrial & energy solutions with strong ESG values.

What you’ll do
  • Lead HSE compliance and culture across multiple UK sites & projects
  • Conduct audits, inspections, and ensure close-out of actions
  • Provide expert HSE advice to site and project teams
  • Oversee incident investigations and drive root-cause analysis
  • Ensure compliance with UK HSE law, CDM regulations, ISO45001 & ISO14001
  • Report regularly on performance to senior leadership
What we’re looking for
  • Proven HSE Manager / Department Manager experience (industrial, construction, or energy sectors)
