A leading company in Devon and Torbay is seeking a Health, Safety & Environmental Manager to oversee strategic and operational management of HSE activities. The role involves ensuring compliance with statutory obligations, leading culture development, and managing key safety targets. Ideal candidates will have NEBOSH certification and experience in manufacturing.
We are looking for a Health, Safety & Environmental Manager reporting directly to the HR Director who will have responsibility for the strategic and operational management of the Health, Safety & Environmental activities, driving a positive culture whilst ensuring compliance with required statutory obligations.
The successful applicant will be responsible for leading the Health & Safety Culture Development, providing support and guidance to Leaders at all levels of the business. They will also be required to ensure that the company is a safe working environment for all employees and activities, using best practice to improve safety and minimise environmental impact.
