Hydro Extrusions is a world-leading aluminium extrusion business counting around 100 production sites in 40 countries and employing 20,000 people. Through our unique combination of local expertise, global network, and unmatched R&D capabilities, we can offer everything from standard profiles, to advanced development and manufacturing for most industries.
Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will be responsible for all HSE related management systems and associated activities in line with corporate, internal, legal and international industry standards. You will have one direct report where you will need to have an active role in their development.
How you will be rewarded:
Work Experience: Several years of experience in health and safety roles within the manufacturing industry, preferably in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
NEBOSH Certification or equivalent.
Strong Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate safety protocols and procedures to all levels of staff.
Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analysing data and identifying potential safety hazards.
Leadership Abilities: Capability to lead and motivate a team to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Environmental qualification would be beneficial.
Experience in managing ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 is desirable.
