Job summary

PD&MS Group is seeking an experienced HSE Lead (Operations & Projects) to join the Grangemouth team on a full-time basis. The role supports our EPC contract with a focus on CDM, risk management, audits and KPI reporting.

You will lead HSE across the project, work with engineering and execution teams, develop contract-wide culture of safety, and deliver reports, investigations, and KPI insights in line with ISO/QHSE standards.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH General Certificate in Health and Safety or equivalent
• Internal Auditor (IRCA) Certificate
• Educated to standard grade level with Maths & English

Responsibilities

• Provide positive HSE leadership for all contracts on HSE issues and promote best practices
• Promote an enthusiastic HSE culture and continuous performance improvement
• Attend Step change events and offshore mobilisation when required
• Assist Contract Managers on HSE aspects
• Develop annual HSE objectives and monitor implementation
• Produce HSE performance reports and incidents investigations
• Interfacing with clients, subcontractors and vendors
• Undertake internal and external audits and maintenance of audit programmes
• Develop and deliver internal HSE workshops and trainings
