I have recently teamed up with a specialist in housing development and construction.

This diverse team have recently started their search for a HSE Compliance Manager. You will ensure that the company is consistently meeting high-quality standards, complying with regulations, and improving its internal systems.

You are the go-to person for anything related to ISO standards, audits, and internal processes.

Responsabilities:

  • Perform internal audits aligned with various ISO standards
  • Oversee and ensure timely resolution of non-conformance reports.
  • Coordinate with external certification and compliance organizations.
  • Conduct regular visits to operational sites, offices, and facilities as needed.
  • Assist in the continuous development and upkeep of management systems and organizational policies.
  • Maintain compliance with applicable legal, regulatory, and corporate standards.

Experience:

  • Strong experience in a similar role/industry
  • Experience across health, safety, quality, environment and sustainability
  • Skilled in designing and implementing internal policies
  • Contributed to behavioural change initiatives related to HSEQ and sustainability
  • Experience managing quality assurance and regulatory compliance systems
  • Knowledge of ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with integrated management systems
