Job description

Agility Resourcing are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an HSE & Compliance Coordinator.

In this role you will work closely with management and the senior management team to monitor the smooth operation of the manufacturing output.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with Food Safety, Health and Safety, Environmental Safety, and Quality standards.
  • Work on the site's quality system to upkeep the BRCGS standard.
  • Occasionally travel to the other sites within the group may be required.
Job Requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft programs.
  • Strong ability to draft work instructions/Quality procedures.
  • Approachable personality, whilst also being able to show strength if needed.
  • Awareness of BRC standards, particularly the Storage & Distribution Standard.
  • IOSH Qualification (H&S).
  • Awareness of Quality Standards is advantageous.
  • NEBOSH certificate or equivalent.
