Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a Safety & CDM specialist to join our UK team in Birmingham, ensuring all engineering activities meet Airbus safety requirements and UK CDM regulations. You will lead design safety reviews, maintain risk registers, and review RAMS and site safety plans.

You’ll liaise with the Principal Designer, support HAZOP workshops, and drive CDM compliance across disciplines, contributing to a safe, compliant project delivery environment at Capgemini.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH qualification is required.
• Strong CDM Regulations knowledge and application.
• Experience delivering safety management on major projects.
