The HSE Assistant reports directly to the HSE Manager and supports the ongoing implementation and monitoring of Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures. This role involves actively assisting all staff in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and Boccard UK’s internal HSE standards. Key responsibilities include conducting regular site inspections, participating in internal audits, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement in health and safety practices across the organisation.
