Job description

HSE Advisor - Senior for a major offshore wind developer based in England.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate regular HSE meetings with Contractor and package representatives.
  • Review Risk Assessed Method Statements (RAMS).
  • Conduct operational HSE assessments.
  • Perform HSE inductions for Client Representatives.
  • Deliver HSE presentations at kick-off meetings.
  • Prepare HSE walk reports (e.g., using DIT).
  • Record incidents and proactive measures in Synergi.
  • Ensure compliance with Project (Q)HSE Risk management processes and AP QHSE Management framework.

Requirements:

  • Relevant academic or technical background.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in HSE, preferably in onshore renewables or offshore windfarm construction.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in IT (Microsoft Office; knowledge of Synergi is an advantage).
  • Knowledge of root cause analysis and incident investigation.
  • Experience dealing with third-party contractors regarding HSE.
  • Completed NEBOSH Level 3 or equivalent recognized HSE qualification.
  • Valid in-date site safety passport (CCNSG or CSCS).
  • Current clean UK driver’s license.
