Job summary

Cure Talent is partnering with a global pharmaceutical manufacturer to appoint an HSE Advisor (Projects) embedded in the capital expansion programme. The role focuses on providing hands-on health and safety support from design through commissioning and operational readiness within a highly regulated environment.

Required experience includes 5+ years in pharma/regulatory manufacturing, NEBOSH and IOSH; degree in engineering/science; strong stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' HSE experience in pharma/regulatory manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of UK health and safety legislation and risk assessment.
• Experience supporting commissioning and operational readiness (desirable).
• NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent) and IOSH membership.
• Degree in Engineering, Science or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Support design, commissioning, validation and operational readiness throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support hazard studies (HAZID, HAZOP, DSEAR) and FAT/SAT activities.
• Establish and maintain safe systems of work, procedures and risk assessments.
• Lead and support HSE event investigations and deliver training.
• Maintain action management systems and track risks and issues.
• Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Facilities, Operations, Commissioning and HR.
