HSE Advisor (Nights) – £47,000 - £52,000 + Company Bonus + Private Medical + 5% Pension • Newmarket, Suffolk

Are you an HSE Advisor or similar from a manufacturing or industrial background looking for a varied, hands-on role for a renowned and prestigious company in a nights-based role, offering ongoing training and development, a variety of work, and an excellent remuneration package?

On offer is a great opportunity to join a highly profitable, long-standing company where you can implement your HSE understanding to drive procedures and processes throughout the business.

In this night-shift role you will be split between office (50%) and shop floor (50%) helping to control risks and ensure compliance with standards and legal requirements. This will include conducting toolbox talks, accident investigations and reports, and planning new policies.

This family-run company are a leading supplier of their industrial products, with a turnover of more than £100 million. They are highly regarded for their consistent sales and growth and are proud to have increased their turnover year on year for well over a decade.

This role would suit a HSE Advisor or similar with a NEBOSH General certificate looking to make their mark in a large company offering a great package and wide variety of work.

The Role

• Controlling risks and ensuring health and safety compliance
• Training employees through toolbox talks
• Conducting accident reviews and investigations
• Maintaining ISO standards (14001, 45001)
• Monday to Thursday 9:30pm - 7am, Friday 7:30pm - 1:30am
