Job summary

Energy Jobline CVL is assisting a Midlands-based client with a Teeside-based demolition project, seeking an experienced HSE / Health & Safety Advisor for an initial 6-month fixed-term contract. The role offers a salary up to £45k, plus a company car or van and accommodation if required.

The ideal candidate will have construction or demolition HSE experience, Tech IOSH, and be flexible and team-oriented to support site inspections, audits, and compliance with current HSE legislation.

Qualifications

• Experienced Health & Safety Advisor in construction or demolition.
• Tech IOSH member.
• Flexible and reliable with good team spirit.

Responsibilities

• Carry out site inspections and audits.
• Advise and support the project team on HSE duties, with monitoring and reporting on compliance.
• Ensure operations comply with Site and Project HSE requirements.
• Provide competent advice on current HSE legislation applicable to the works.
• Contribute towards building a positive team spirit on HSE matters.
