This role is with one of the most exciting businesses in the renewable energy market. Over the last year, they have increased their headcount significantly, adding numerous new hires. You will be working for a global leader in renewable energy, involved in innovative projects across various renewable technologies.

This company is a leading renewable energy and energy efficiency firm with offices worldwide. They are expanding into mainland Europe and are recognized as one of the fastest-growing sustainability companies in the sector, maintaining a low staff turnover of highly skilled professionals.

About the Role:

  • Understand the company's Health & Safety and Environmental Policies and Procedures.
  • Provide health and safety support across European project sites, which will involve travel.
  • Assist the HSE Manager and/or Implementation Team in establishing and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders such as local authorities and the Health and Safety Executive.
  • Offer guidance regarding subcontractor assessments and appointments.
  • This is a site-based role with hybrid working arrangements.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience leading or managing a team is advantageous.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Health and Safety Management or a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
  • At least 4 years of safety management experience in large-scale commercial, government, or industrial construction projects.
