This role is with one of the most exciting businesses in the renewable energy market. Over the past year, they have increased their headcount significantly, adding over + new hires. You will work for a global leader in renewable energy technology, involved in innovative energy projects across various renewable technologies.

This company is a leading renewable energy and energy efficiency firm with offices worldwide, expanding into mainland Europe. They are among the fastest-growing sustainability companies in the sector, maintaining a low staff turnover with a highly skilled team.

About the Role:

  • Understand the company's Health & Safety and Environmental Policies and Procedures.
  • Provide health and safety support across European projects, which involves travel to project sites.
  • Assist the HSE Manager and Implementation Team in establishing and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders such as local authorities and the Health and Safety Executive.
  • Offer guidance on the assessment and appointment of subcontractors.
  • This is a site-based role with hybrid working options.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience in leading or managing a team is advantageous.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Health and Safety Management or a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
  • At least 4 years of safety management experience in large-scale commercial, government, or industrial construction projects.
