Mitie is seeking a Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Manager to provide operational HSE support across the client account in a hybrid Manchester role. You will monitor IMS compliance, lead investigations, deliver training, and drive continuous improvement in HSE performance across contract teams.
The role requires NEBOSH certificates, IOSH membership, and at least two years of practical HSE experience, with travel across the contract and a full UK driving licence.

We're looking for a Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Manager who will provide operational health, safety and environmental support across the client account, ensuring compliance with legal, statutory, contractual and company requirements.
The role acts as the primary point of contact for all day-to-day HSE matters across the contract and works collaboratively with operational teams and client stakeholders to drive a positive safety culture and continuous improvement in HSE performance.
The HSE Manager will monitor compliance with Group policies, procedures and the Integrated Management System (IMS), undertake audits and inspections, support risk management activities, investigate incidents, and provide professional advice to managers and employees across the contract.
Whilst TSOC has been nominated as the standard location, this role can be delivered from any location within mainland UK.
