An established industry player is seeking a Health and Safety Advisor for a high-profile cabling project in Dunbar, Scotland. This full-time, site-based role involves providing essential safety advice and ensuring compliance with UK regulations during onshore installation activities. NESFircroft are working on behalf of an industry leading Power Cabling client who require CV’s for review in preparation to fulfil the role of Health and Safety Advisor UK on their high profile cabling project.
Candidate Scope
The role will be a full time site based role as the project becomes more established. The role will be available on a Contract basis. For the correct, competent and suitable candidate, the role will be based on a 12 month renewable contract based on the project in Dunbar, Scotland. The Advisor position will include departmental and project specific reporting lines, to support the project. The role will focus on giving Health and Safety advice for the onshore installation activities performed by the business and its supporting contractors. The ideal candidate will be expected to demonstrate proactiveness through regular participation in site safety tours, audits, and attendance at the site health safety meetings ensuring the Business fulfil the role of Principal Contractor under the UK CDM Regulations.
