Job description

We are seeking a dedicated HSE Advisor to ensure the effective management of Health & Safety across the Hampshire, Oxfordshire, and Buckinghamshire regions for our client. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with H&S legislation and internal requirements, while actively engaging with site teams to maintain high safety standards. Key responsibilities include conducting site inspections, producing reports, undertaking investigations, and delivering training as directed by the HSE Manager. The role demands a proactive approach to identifying and implementing improvement activities, as well as conducting subcontractor and supply chain audits. A visible leadership presence in promoting HSE culture is essential.

Skills:
NEBOSH General Certificate
Ability to obtain UK Security Clearance
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Proficient in conducting risk assessments and audits
Experience in incident investigation and root cause analysis
Ability to manage work allocation and priorities
Strong leadership skills in promoting HSE culture
