Due to ongoing growth, we are recruiting an HSE Advisor to support our team at HPC.

Main responsibilities:
  • Develop, maintain, and improve HSE management processes and procedures.
  • Implement management system requirements onsite.
  • Track actions and Non-Conformance Reports, verify effectiveness and document control.
  • Develop accessible HSE information for quick reference.
Assurance:
  • Monitor and promote performance standards and HSPI in projects.
  • Conduct verification checks on site against safety rules, standards, and plans.
Technical Advice:
  • Provide legislation-based technical advice to site personnel.
Training:
  • Coach and mentor site supervision in HSE practices.
  • Assist in developing and delivering internal training and awareness programs.
Engagement and Culture:
  • Develop communication methods and support behavioral safety initiatives.
  • Enhance networking within the industry and safety peers.
Profile

Qualifications:
  • NEBOSH General Certificate (desirable)
  • IOSH Working Safely (essential)
  • IRCA Internal Auditor (desirable)
  • Radiation Protection Supervisor (desirable)
Behavioral Skills:
  • Excellent team working skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, influencing, and presentation skills
  • Motivated, results-driven, and able to meet deadlines
  • Logical thinker and discreet in handling confidential information
Technical Skills:
