Job summary

Balfour Beatty is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join the Power Transmission & Distribution team, supporting HS2 Multi-Utilities works in the Coventry area. You will lead on-site activities, plan and coordinate resources, and ensure safe delivery in line with programme requirements.

Working with the Project Manager and wider project team, you will manage RAMS, suppliers and stakeholders, produce reports, and drive safe, high-quality delivery on a major infrastructure programme.

Qualifications

• Experience in site management within construction/infrastructure sectors.
• Ability to implement safe systems of work and manage RAMS.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to coordinate multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead safe, on-site delivery of construction activities.
• Coordinate resources, plan activities and manage subcontractors.
• Maintain records, reports and daily diaries; monitor progress and QA.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety and environmental standards.
• Support Project Manager/Director with risk, change and stakeholder communications.
