Job summary

RTL Group Ltd is seeking a Site Manager to deliver a major HS2 drainage and structural package in Brackley. Immediate start, with responsibilities spanning day-to-day site operations, client and stakeholder liaison, and strict safety/quality control on civils works.

The ideal candidate has a strong heavy civils background with experience managing subcontractors and site teams, RAMS, and quality assurance. HS2 experience would be advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering drainage and structural works on major civils schemes.
• Experience managing large site teams and subcontractors.
• HS2 experience would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead toolbox talks and site safety
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders
• Ensure RAMS, permits and site documentation
• Order materials and manage on-site operations
• Supervise subcontractors and site teams
• Oversee drainage and structural works delivery
• Ensure works meet programme and specification
• Support Project Manager with reporting
