Role Overview:

This role ensures the smooth delivery of HR Service Centre Right to Work services, handling queries via phone, email, or face-to-face, working with multiple systems, and managing high volumes of manual transactions with a focus on exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Log and manage cases in the HR system
  • Process Right to Work queries within SLA
  • Support and resolve queries from various channels
  • Provide expert advice aligned with HR policies and legislation
  • Maintain audit compliance
  • Prioritize queries under the HRSC Manager's guidance
  • Ensure accuracy in all correspondence
  • Stay updated on Right to Work processes
  • Identify and suggest process improvements
  • Collaborate with recruitment and onboarding teams
