The Global HR Technology function is part of the HR organization, responsible for delivering solutions that improve or enhance the way Human Resources is delivered. This role is a fixed-term position for 12 months, focusing on our project roadmap supporting Talent Acquisition, with opportunities to work with Hiredscore and Workday integrations.

Essential Job Functions:

• Act as Workday Recruitment and Talent SME with full autonomy for global solution design, delivery, and maintenance.
• Champion customer needs and collaborate effectively with team members.

Experience:

• Background in Workday HCM design, configuration, and reporting, especially with Workday Recruiting.
• Recognized as a technical expert, driving strategy and roadmap.
• Experience managing and prioritizing complex business requirements within projects.
